Pre-Kick

Pre-Kick is our skills training class for children 4 & 5. This limited enrollment class starts at 4pm and is a half hour long.

Little Ninjas

The Little Ninjas Program is our introductory offering for children ages 6 to 8. This 30 minute class meets twice a week (Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday) at 4:30pm and focuses on teaching new students all the basics they will need to train successful as they enter into the main Traditional Tang Soo Do program upon completion.

Traditional Tang Soo Do

Our Traditional Tang Soo Do classes meet Monday-Thursday starting at 5:00pm. Most students under the age of 12 start in the 5pm class and work their way up to the Black Belt Class at 7:00pm. Class focus varies each week, usually working on one of the main aspects of the art: Kicking, Forms, Weapons, Self Defense or Sparring.

KickFit StrengthKickFit Strength

KickFit is a program developed by Master DiToro to give adults an opportunity to recondition themselves before getting started in Martial Arts. The primary barrier for a lot of adults is that they haven’t been active for a while. Jumping into a vigorous training program right away can lead to injury and setbacks. KickFit focuses on working out all those muscles we’ve forgotten to use for a while so we can be prepared for the journey ahead.
